Repulse Bay Beach

Repulse Bay is a high end residential and beach area located on the back side of Hong Kong island. You pass through it on your way to Stanley Market and its not too far from Aberdeen harbour. You can reach it via bus or minibus, they run frequently. If you want to enjoy some time on the beach and have a swim in the ocean, then Repulse Bay is the place to visit.

There are public changing rooms and showers at the beach, so if you bring your suit and a towel you will have everything you need. Its a popular beach with the residents who live in the surrounding buildings, both expat and Hong Kong Chinese. You can see Ocean Park up on the hill to the right, including the cable car which connects the amusement park to the entrance area.
