China Family Tour

Beijing → Xi'an → Guilin → Yangshuo → Shanghai

Traveling with children in China requires a special style of itinerary and service. In addition to the usual tourist sights there are options for families including toboggan sledding down the Great Wall, fishing for your own trout lunch, a trip to the Toy Market, various shows including Kungfu, Acrobats and Impression (night show on water), a cycle rickshaw ride, visit to a local family home and make dumplings, the Drum Tower, learn to play diablos, bike on Xi'an's old city wall and visit a farmers house for a local lunch.

We can add an overnight camping trip where you sleep ON the Great Wall, ask our agent if you are interested. You can travel between Beijing and Xi'an by overnight sleeper train if you prefer. Evenings are free to have dinner on your own so you can try Chinese or western restaurants which interest you. The kids might like a pizza and you an imported beer.
